We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties to enable them to market their products and services.  We must, however, disclose some of your information in order to provide services to you.  For example, we must disclose information in order to ensure that goods you purchase are delivered to you.  In addition, we may disclose your personal information when:

Normally, we keep records about each transaction for up to 7 years after the services were provided.  This allows us to respond to enquiries from you and from Canada Revenue Agency in a timely and efficient manner.

Since we use your personal information to provide services to you, it is important that the information be accurate and up-to-date.  If during the course of our dealings, any of your information changes, please inform us so that we can make any necessary changes.

  1. denial is required or authorized by law;
  2. granting access would have an unreasonable impact on other people's privacy;
  3. it is necessary to protect our rights and property;
  4. where the request is frivolous or vexatious.

If we deny your request for access to, or refuse a request to correct information, we will explain why.

We rely on certain third parties to provide certain services including, for example, supplying and shipping goods and processing payments.  In general, those third-party service providers collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide on our behalf; however, certain third-party service providers have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.  Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.  We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

Certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.  As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
